Client Spotlight: Jessie came in asking for fighter-style workouts.

Spent the day yesterday with my coach mostly chilling - keeping stress and inflammation out of my body! 🤩 Did a little glute pump workout, did a few suit consultations and delivered a suit to one of our athletes. 💜
Oh, and not pictured, was my refeed meal at cuz I was so purely in the moment of savoring my burger and fries, I didn’t even think about taking a pic. 😂😋
