Alpha Wrestling Club

Summer Session has started!

There will be no beginner practice tonight at 5:00.

Advanced class is still on from 6:00 - 7:30.

There will be no youth club wrestling this week as we as we begin the high school season. Youth practices will resume next week when we begin our winter session.

Day 1 is in the books in Utah for the 16U Duals.

Florida dropped their opening match to Colorado before beating Arizona. They finished up Pool B action with a loss to Missouri 40-36 and a win over Louisiana 47-25 to take 5th. They will wrestle in the Red/Blue Pool tomorrow and will start with Minnesota Red in the morning. Three Floridians finished the day unbeaten.

Georgia beat Montana 49-20 before losing to California 47-26 in the Pool C semifinals. A win over Michigan 45-25 and a loss to Oregon 41-28 put them in 4th. They will wrestle Idaho tomorrow in the opening round of the Bronze/Copper Pool. 4 Georgians finished the day unbeaten.

North Carolina lost to Kansas, Nebraska, and South Carolina to finish 8th in Pool A. They will wrestle Arizona in the morning to kick off their Day 2 in the Green/Yellow Pool.

South Carolina will also wrestle in the Green/Yellow Pool in the morning - taking on Texas Red. South Carolina lost to Iowa and Minnesota Red before beating North Carolina to take 7th in Pool A.

There will be no Tuesday or Thursday practice this week. We will practice on Wednesday from 6:00 - 7:30.

Youth club is canceled tonight. See everyone on Tuesday!
