We are a mobile yoga studio that offers private yoga, meditation, aromatherapy and group yoga classes at locations around Orlando! Lisa McDonald RYT teaches all the lessons and has made it a mission to bring wellness to the Central Florida community! I can do private yoga in the home or office!

Due to inflation and the rising cost of goods and services my hourly private yoga rates will be increasing as of June 30, 2026. 1 hour private yoga will now be $75. 30 minute sessions are now $50.
I've done my best to hold the lowest private rates in town but it is no longer sustainable. Thank you all. I hope we can all find stability and prosperity again soon.
