Thank you to the OBB crew who came to our second quarterly meet up on Saturday, this time at Grills. It’s always good to see and catch up with some of the OBB Family. It’s cool that we built something that’s lasting beyond the walls of the gym. It’s also good for me since I don’t get a lot of social interaction in my home health career now.
The next will be In December.

Bella has an announcement! After putting this off for a while, it’s finally time to start selling off my powerlifting gear.

Best fit for a bigger 148 lb lifter or a 165 lb lifter

Good condition with plenty of life left

Only worn leading up to a few meets since I primarily competed in my Metal Ace suits

Some history with this suit:

905 lb squat with reverse bands

800+ lb competition squat

Around a 600 lb deadlift

It still has plenty of pop left and is ready for the next lifter chasing big numbers.

In honor of trying to sell our beloved Crepinsek I thought I’d show the most weight I ever had on my back which was in fact in that rack- 905 with reverse bands.
- The Crepinsek is a full power rack with the adjustable hydrolic arms built in. If you choose to, they can also be locked in place. The opposite side can also be used with j-hooks as a regular power rack.
- The Hayes helped out by dissembling it to make room for a combo rack a few years ago.
- So, if you have some assembly skills, one of the most versatile racks can be yours for only $400

What was once the pride of OBB is now in pieces in my garage. The Crepinsek monolift was our first mono. Lifters squatted from 135 to over 1,000 on it. It’s really a great piece. The height can be adjusted while the bar is loaded, it can be used with reverse bands, and you can use it with only one spotter since it has safety bars and can be locked into place from behind. It can also be untracked without needing a spotter. This once cost me over $1,500. A great piece of equipment and OBB history can now be yours for only $400!

The Jammer Arms are still for sale! The Jammer Arms attach to power racks for pressing motion. They’re great for incline and shoulder training. They were only used a couple times. They’re $239 new- only $100!

Fit any rack with holes that are 3/4” or larger and rack width of 2 1/2 inches or less

I’ve been asked a few times what happened to my buddy Dean. Well here he less than 3 years since his last meet with his brother Brandt and he’s almost unrecognizable standing well over 6 feet tall. He’s now playing basketball (understandably) and Brandt is playing soccer. If there was ever proof that lifting doesn’t stunt your growth, this is it!
