She has been the assigned nurse to many teens with preventable suicidal attempts due to ineffective coping skills. She wants to help kids develop the mental strength to cope with everyday situations. Together we use boxing combined with educational/therapeutic discussion to empower our next generation. The EBYC program teaches strategic boxing techniques in a team-building environment. Being a good boxer requires strength, endurance, power, speed, discipline, strategy, and mental toughness while under pressure. These acquired skills are not only used in boxing; they help to improve overall athleticism and boost self-confidence for anything you do in life.
