I took this photo yesterday after we stacked the mushrooms and garlic. On the left, we have beef stock from our half cow, two trays of meatball marinara, and garlic and mushrooms. On the right is fruit and tomatoes, that I started freeze drying today, as well as the rest of the mushrooms and garlic. I love our freeze dryer and we have it running almost constantly.

This is barely scratching the surface, but there’ll be more to come. White light is something we should all be capable of using, but it’s surprising how quickly fundamentals go out the window when you aren’t practicing. Hopefully this gives a few basic ideas, and we can expand on them as we go.
