Our Story
Our training program is an intensive 6-week module, including a weekend yoga retreat to the beautiful Sky Ranch of Cave Springs, OK. Our modules are Fridays (beginning at 5:45 pm) through Sunday evening. We only meet one weekend per month, with training geared towards students with careers or families who don't have extended periods of free time.
