Owasso Family Billiards was built on generations of family, friendship, and community..and now, it’s our turn to carry that forward! Our story started nearly 40 years ago, when Jackie’s family opened a small, family-friendly pool hall in Bakersfield, California. At the time, much like Owasso today, there weren’t many places designed for families to gather, play, and feel welcome. That little pool hall quickly became a local favorite and naturally grew into additional family-run ventures, all centered around creating warm, inviting spaces for people to spend time together. Those businesses were family-owned and operated, and Jackie spent much of her childhood inside pool halls: playing, learning, and watching firsthand what it takes to build a people-focused business. During those years, Joe’s dad was a close family friend, often helping out with handyman work and spending time around the room. Our families crossed paths many times over the years without realizing just how connected our stories already were. In 2011, we officially met while working at one of those family businesses: the pool hall that had been Joe’s favorite place to play, and the one Jackie was managing at the time. From there, our story naturally unfolded, and we’ve been building our dream together ever since. Today, we are the owners and operators of Owasso Family Billiards. Over the years, we’ve grown together not just as business partners, but as a family. This place holds special meaning for us: we’re dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone, whether you’re reliving those first days or making new memories, can feel at home. People often ask us where we’re from and why we chose Owasso. The answer is simple: our grandparents on both sides were born and raised in Oklahoma, and we’ve always known this is where we wanted to plant our roots. Owasso felt like home even before it officially became our home: and now, we're here to stay! Everything at OFB is centered on Family. A welcoming place designed for all ages.

🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL… FINALLY! 🎉

OFB officially has FULL OCCUPANCY and our FOOD PERMIT! 🙌🎱🍔

Yes… we know. It’s about time. 😂 Trust us, nobody is more ready to open these doors than we are!

We told everyone we were opening in September, and after everything it took to get here, we are determined to make good on that promise, even if that means starting small before the BIG celebration. 🎉

Our next step is getting our team trained, testing everything out in the real world, and working through those inevitable “well… we didn’t think of THAT” moments before we turn the whole community loose in here. 😅

We are coordinating with the City of Owasso to plan our official GRAND OPENING & RIBBON CUTTING, tentatively for October 1st or October 6th! 🎀✂️🎱 The final date will depend on weather and availability with the City, since ribbon cuttings are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Either way, we cannot wait to finally celebrate this huge accomplishment with everyone!

Over the next several days, we plan to start opening the doors with limited hours and/or reservation-style early access sessions so we can ease into things, get our staff comfortable, and make sure everything is running the way it should.

🚨 FIRST RACK CLUB MEMBERS... keep an eye on your email! 👀🎱 You’ve been promised early access from the beginning, and you’ll be the first to hear about those opportunities before we release them publicly. Spots and times may be limited and could fill up fast, so please keep an eye out when those emails go out! And if you aren’t able to make one of the pre-opening timeframes, don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere! ❤️🎱

Because let’s be honest… we’re pretty sure Owasso isn’t accepting any more delays from us. 😂😂

Owasso friends! 🎱 We’re looking for a local print shop to take over our apparel printing needs at Owasso Family Billiards!

We’re specifically looking for Comfort Colors brand shirts with DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. Both are a must, no substitutions.

We’d love to shop local, bring down the cost for our customers, and get your OFB shirts to you faster! 🙌

This massive TV wall is just ONE of the top features we have been excited to show you!

It is BIG, it can display different viewing options across the individual screens, and it gives you a great view whether you are playing a few racks, grabbing some food, or hanging out with friends.

We wanted OFB to feel different from the moment you walk through the door. Clean. Comfortable. Professional. A premium place where serious players, families, friends, coworkers, and sports fans can all enjoy spending time together.

And before everyone asks, yes, we do have barstools! They are simply moved out of the way while we finish up the final touches. You will absolutely have somewhere to sit 🤣

We are giving you this sneak peek because we are incredibly proud of how far this place has come.

There has been a lot of hard work behind every detail and seeing it all finally come together is an amazing feeling!

👕🎱 THE OFB MERCH SHOP IS NOW OPEN TO EVERYONE!

Last night, our First Rack Club members got the first shot with an exclusive first look and early access. Today, we are officially opening the online doors for everyone!

Our Grand Opening Founders Tee is more than OFB merchandise. It is a way to say you were part of this journey before the doors opened and before the first rack was broken.

We wanted this to be a shirt you would genuinely love wearing, so we chose the premium Comfort Colors 1717 tee. It is made from substantial 6.1 oz, 100% ring spun U.S. cotton with a garment dyed finish, a soft broken in feel, and a comfortable relaxed unisex fit.

Available in sizes S through 3XL.

This is a true limited edition. It will only be available until our Grand Opening and will never be reprinted after OFB opens.

We are not revealing an exact Grand Opening date today because, after everything this journey has taught us, we do not want to speak too soon. This journey has been harder than we ever imagined, with more twists, delays, and challenges than we could have prepared for. Through it all, we kept showing up, working through each struggle, and believing that our dream would become a reality.

Now, we finally feel ready to share some good news......
