Sheila Bunnell will be teaching a few classes over the next 2 weeks.
Wednesdays 15th & 22nd 4:30-5:30pm, Basics plus breath work, $10 per class & 6-7:30pm Level 1/2, we will work on inversions $15 per class.
Saturday 18th 4-5:30pm Level 1/2, we will work on inversions, $15.
Sunday 19th 9:30-11am, all levels $15.
