Jess returns to the mat this Sunday to guide Somatic Flow.

Through mindful movement and body awareness, this practice creates space to release stress, reconnect with your breath and cultivate a deeper sense of calm. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up for yourself.

📅 Mark Your Calendars: Upcoming Holiday Schedule Changes

As we pause to honor two important celebrations of freedom and independence, please note that Friday classes at Align by TrueNorth will be canceled on the following dates:

✨ Friday, June 19 – In observance of Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and celebrates freedom, resilience, and progress.

🎆 Friday, July 3 – In observance of the Fourth of July holiday weekend, as we celebrate our nation’s independence and spend time with family, friends, and community.

We encourage everyone to take these days to reflect, celebrate, rest, and reconnect. Regular Friday classes will resume the following week.
