Individual showers available so you can reset back to normal. Bring your own soap, shampoo and towel.

In case anyone is thinking about Aikido, the bench is always here. Come. Sit. Watch.

More than just throws. Strikes are important in every technique. Remember to keep your training dynamic, explosive, and well-rounded. Use the bag for extra practice before or after class.

Energy in motion. Not strength. Not speed. Movement. Come join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-7:15pm and Saturdays 8:00am-9:15am.

To flourish in practice requires more than reps and sets. Having a dedicated space helps set the tone for what we are about to do.
