Congrats to my client and friend on his showing at the KY Naturals last weekend. Allan woke up show day morning at 111 lbs, and went on to beat guys arguably 2-3x his size to win the 35+ Class A, and masters overall.

Proud of how you handled this prep man! We had to push hard for this one.

First show 🤯

This prep has been about as smooth as it gets.

One thing left to do!

Really damn proud of this girl.

with her best pro look to date today. She’s a couple off seasons away from really making some noise in the figure division.

I can’t say enough about her work ethic and just overall being a stellar human being. Great showing today and really excited about what the future will hold!

Healing your gut isn’t easy. It can be ground hogs day for weeks on end because you simply just need more time. It’s exhausting mentally and likely going to challenge you in ways that you haven’t been challenged before.

It’s restrictive. The food sources are repetitive day in and day out. You can have the perfect protocol set up on paper but if the client doesn’t surrender to the process you are spinning your wheels.

Kasey is an athlete with a competitive background. She’s use to training 4-5x per week and eating a certain way. Her lifestyle had to do a 180 from a training and nutrition perspective to get these results.

Getting to work alongside her and becoming good friends along the way makes this transformation that much better. Really proud of this and all of the work that has been put in on her end.

It’s always exciting shifting someone from a functional approach to cosmetic focused. She has earned that by putting in the work when it wasn’t so fancy.

Initially we had our hands full, we needed to address some gut, adrenal, and hormone issues we were running into.

We went from zero training and just walking to training 4-5x a week now.

Food has basically doubled since we started, eating over 300g carbs on training days.

This s**t takes TIME. This is roughly a year between pictures. When you’re dealing with functional issues, lack of patience will be the limiting factor for most, often leaving them worse off than where they started.

This is a by-product of simply staying the course when things were tough. Now she gets to reap the benefits.

Great progress from my client and friend .

35lb down since we started this fat loss phase and a pretty big shift in body composition.

Switching gears now as our focus is to put some more tissue on over the next 4-5 months.

We have got things really clicking now for

It has been ground hogs day for him the last several weeks with little to no changes to protocols as he just keeps improving weekly with where we are at.

2022 is going to be good!

12 weeks of work for

Really impressed with his work ethic over the course of the last few months.

He took the plan each week and executed to a T. I couldn’t have asked for anything more out of him.

We’ve got a game plan set and ready to get back to work to make the picture on the right be the picture on the left next go around 👊🏻

Before and after gut protocol

Initially, Julianna she came to us with some pretty severe gut issues, irregular periods for the last several years, and very low energy throughout the day.

We took a step by step process here as you can’t just fix everything all at once.

Initially, we had to shift her mindset from cosmetic focused to healing internally. Saying that, training needed to scale way back.

First, we addressed the bacterial overgrowth we found on her GI map, next it was addressing any hormonal imbalances we saw on blood work.

Here we are now… GI symptoms are completely gone, energy is through the roof, now had 8 consecutive regular menstrual cycles, training is ramped back up, and I’d say her physique is starting to respond very well.

Your external is always going to be a reflection of what’s going on internally.

Great work from during his fat loss phase.

195lb on the left when we started and 167lb on the right from yesterday morning.

Time to shift gears a bit now as we go into a recovery phase and then look to start adding some quality tissue.
