Came across this picture of me and my brothers putting in some work at Iron Edge inside OAC a few years ago.

Iron Edge has always had a training atmosphere like no other, and this picture is a great reminder of that.

So next time you’re heading to the gym, don’t go alone! Grab a brother, sister, spouse, friend, coworker—or anyone who could use a good workout—and bring them along. You might just turn an ordinary workout into a memory you’ll be talking about years from now.

🏗️ CLUB ONE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE! 🏗️

I think we're somewhere around update #16 or #17 now... 😂

We know we post a lot of construction updates, but that's because we wanted everyone to experience this journey with us. Years from now, it'll be fun to look back and see where it all started—and we hope you've enjoyed watching Club One come to life one milestone at a time.

This picture might be one of my favorites so far.

I asked my kids to run out into the middle of the building and have a little fun. As always... they didn't disappoint. 😂💙

But looking at this picture, it really puts the size of Club One into perspective. The building already looks huge from the outside, but when you stand inside and see my kids looking so small in the middle of all that open space, you realize just how massive this place really is.

As a dad, moments like this mean a lot to me. Someday we'll be able to look back at this photo and remember when this was nothing more than concrete, steel, and a dream. Before long, it'll be filled with families, kids, athletes, and people working every day to become healthier and stronger.

That's exactly why we're building Club One.
