We are hosting Class 2 and 3 District 3 XC Districts this year! Halloween Morning! 10/31/26 from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m.

What does this mean?
We need your help. Alumni, supporters, volunteers- anyone and everyone. Unlike a District Track meet, you don't really have to have a skill. You don't really interact with the athletes. We have a few jobs that we need help with that day.

Parking and Ticket Collecting:
We will be sending spectators from the middle school entrance, behind the softball field, and then towards the football field. Along Dutchmen Drive, tickets will be paid for and/or collected. Then spectators can either park in the Elementary or High School parking. We could use workers collecting money/tickets or directing traffic at the entrance to keep buses and spectators separate.

Course Marshals:
These jobs require you to keep athletes on the course and from cutting. The course will be marked on both sides, arrows marking where turns happen, and videos will be released to every team showing how the course is to be run. However, we still need marshals in spots to keep the kids honest. The jobs aren't difficult, but some of them are more remote than others.

If you have availability and would like to help with this meet, contact Coach Dave @ [email protected]

We appreciate all the support! It's going to be a great start to Halloween!!!

Sorry about the delayed post. Got home yesterday feeling under the weather and took a nap!!

We had a great day yesterday with our Varsity boys taking home first place at the Father Tolton Invitational at Gans Creek. It was a great State meet preview and we hope to find our way back there in early November. The boys ran really well, but they know there is still room to improve with racing tactics and they also know that they’ll be better a month from now from a lot of hard work! We can’t wait!

JV boys ran well as well. Taking 3rd to Ft Zumwalt West and North Point. Numerous guys ran PRs or right on top of their old PRs that are about to get edited soon!

Our girls started the day and they had a decent day but got strung out from one another and ended up running by themselves most of the way. After our conversations, we know we have more in the tank and we also have better tactics that are going to lead us to even fast times. Only have 4 girls yesterday meant we didn’t score as a team, but look to bring all 5 back next week in Joplin!
