🐺 This Thursday, August 12th at Stanley Combatives the head instructor for the USA in the Mastro Defence system Sebastien Vandenberghe Will be teaching a MDS class from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

MDS was founded by Fred Mastro and has been growing over the years helping other developing skills for real self defense. This system was developed for those who are training to better prepare themselves for the threat and increase conditioning through training. I’m thankful to have been a part of this family from the beginning in the USA and honored to be a student to continue learning.
