The power room is almost complete. It’s just getting better !

The beast is assembled and ready to be put into place!

Time to dust the old page off a little bit. The power lifting room is now under way. We will be up and lifting by October 1,2024.

Not sure who this is, if you know post it. This is a very well defined back, no overkill but what a great symmetrical back.

This young lady is deserving of the Dynabody hall of fame.

I had the opportunity to train at a very nice independently owned gyms in PC beach. Fitness J***y is the place I would train if I lived in Panama City. The owner is very nice and cordial and represents his business very well. If you go to PC, check them out on front beach rd 2 miles from Edgewater.

I found this picture of Dennis James, a monster who makes it look good. Prolly one of my favorites.

At times I question myself, why I stay in the gym business? Dynabody is one of the last remaining of its kind. The fluff gyms and w***e houses have the attention of the weaker generation. It’s nice to hear feed back from those who truly know what an old school training facility should be and looks like.
