This picture was a total accident, but I like it. π I NEVER thought I'd be a morning-workout-type person, but several challengers in my first challenge group (before I coached) were teachers and STILL worked out so I thought, "If they can do it, I can do it, too." I'm so glad I started! Why? β I have more energy when I go in to the office. βIt's only a 30-minute workout so I'm finished fast! β I'm done for the day and don't have to shower more than once. β It wakes me up so I look like this! π Bed head might not be the best for selfies, but it's the best for workouts! πͺπ» Friends, I'm looking for THREE MORE PEOPLE to join my November challenge group! I'd heard of programs like Insanity, P90X, 21 Day Fix, and such. But not only did I question my ability to do them, but I questioned what they'd really do for me. Almost 3 months later, I'm so thankful I listened to my friend, joined a challenge group, and tried something new. Not only am I spending LESS time each day exercising (which means I have more time elsewhere!), I am feeling stronger and seeing MORE results than ever before. I love coaching and cheering on others because I know what it's meant to me. So if you need someone else to tell you... YES YOU CAN, LOVE. You can do this. You might have to rest. You might have to modify something when you start. But if I can do it, you can, too. Let go of doubts. I believe that planning a yoga class is a special kind of creative art, and I love to sit down and plan sequences for my students. You can call me a "flow ju**ie." But I love a class that makes you feel like you've just danced and shaken off the week's heaviness when you leave. I'm teaching today at 4 p.m. and I'd love for you to join!
