☀️ Summer Break Announcement ☀️
After a lot of thought, I've decided to pause Dance Fitness classes for the summer beginning ⭐️JUNE 1⭐️!
Our bodies work hard all year long, and sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is allow time for rest, recovery, and healing.
Summer is the perfect opportunity to reset, focus on family, enjoy adventures, and give ourselves some well earned grace.
Thank you for showing up, dancing with me, supporting me, and making every class so much fun. This isn't goodbye, just a summer intermission.
Take care of yourselves and I'll see you back on the dance floor before you know it. ☀️❤️

Take the night off, stretch something besides your patience, hydrate, and enjoy your weekend.
We’ll be back at it Monday ready to sweat, stomp, scream-sing, and make questionable cardio decisions together. 🔥

We're going to go ahead and do a lil body blaster tonight. I have a doctor appointment Thursday, so no class.🚫
Tonight you'll need water, LIGHT hand weights and a yoga mat. We have extras, so no excuses! 😘 See you at 5:30!! 🖤
