We train and compete on the AAU and USATF circuit Our goal is to service the young children in teaching them life experiece while competing in track and field.
Life is about overcoming different obstacles and achieving adversity. Track and field is also about overcoming adversities. How much you want to achieve your running goals depends on how hard you work. We train the normal child and turn them into an Elite athlete.....

Congrats to our 7u 1500m All-Americans. Prince and Keegan.
Keegan placed 4th with a time of 6:00 and Prince placed 5th with a PR of 6:02....
