We are sorry to let you know that Eileen Morton left us yesterday. She was an accomplished lawn bowler who was a beloved mentor to so many of us.

We continue to be open, with social-distancing in place. We continue to monitor our safety practices, with the increase in COVID-19 cases in Ventura County, and will take appropriate measures, as needed.

Effective 30 May 2020, Lawn Bowling will resume lawn bowling (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) schedule. There will be new restrictions.... 16 people maximum (first come, first serve), using every-other rink, no more than 4 people per rink (no triples). Everyone responsible for bringing their own drinks and snacks. See you on the green.

UPDATE: The City of Oxnard with extend the order to stay closed until further notice. Lawn Bowling is suspended by the City of Oxnard, do to the COVID-19 (Corona-Virus). We will re-evaluate as we are updated by the city. Thank you and stay healthy.

Coronavirus Scams: What the FTC is doing The FTC and FDA have jointly issued warning letters to seven sellers of unapproved and misbranded products, claiming they can treat or prevent the Coronavirus. The companies’ products include teas, essential oils, and colloidal silver.

Lawn Bowling is suspended for at least the next week, by the City of Oxnard, do to the COVID-19 (Corona-Virus) and the Ventura County Health Officer ordering "All individuals currently living within Ventura County, equal to or older than 75 years of age, or equal to or older than 70 years of age with an active or chronic disease or condition are ordered to shelter at their place of residence from March 18, 2020 to April 1, 2020."
