As many of you know, I've spent the better part of the last decade traveling to make a living. Now that I have a 1 year old son, things have changed and I can no longer be gone from home for long periods of time. In order to spend more time at home with my son, I will be going back into the residential construction field. There had been no mention of a roof until we showed up to build it yesterday. I had to call an audible, make some adjustments, and scramble to gather the extra materials. 21 foot roof metal ain’t easy to get your hands on in a short notice situation, but we were able to pull it off and knock it out in 2 days. My guys absolutely killed it on this job. Not bad for 3 gray haired old guys and a 19 year old kid.
