Happy Monday! My name is Patti and I am so excited to have some of my kiddos back for refreshers…. And also equally excited to meet so many new families!! Please remember to read over the email as it has TONS of info… and text or message me any questions that arise! 🐠🐠

If the weather gets BAD I will keep you up to date here! We will swim in light rain…. I mean we’re already wet 😉

Swim Lessons are starting soon! First 4 months are either filled or almost filled.

• February has REFRESHER only spaces for 5 kiddos.
•March has 1 spot open to any student
•May has 3 spots open to any student.

Hard to believe after today… and in just 3 short weeks we will be swimming! 💙🐠

Ready to meet 20 new families tomorrow as another session of swim lessons start! From here on out it’s a rolling start…. excited to start new families every few weeks to get as many kiddos the skills they need to survive an aquatic accident! Week 1 and week 7/8 are my favorite weeks! 💗💗

🚨🚨 This is important information on blowing bubbles… this goes for bathtub too! 🚨🚨

🛑 Parents, please stop encouraging your children to blow bubbles as a form of breath control for introductory swim lessons.

❓Why not

Ask yourself this….

1️⃣ When you first submerge yourself under water, do you exhale or inhale?

2️⃣ If you want to keep your buoyancy do you exhale or inhale?

3️⃣ What happpens when you blow all your air out? You sink. So why would you want your children to learn how to sink?

👉🏼Early introduction to water should include teaching proper breath control so children are able to maintain buoyancy and feel an adequate amount of air in their lungs.
