Happy Saturday and Mother’s Day Weekend!! Sooo many of y’all ask how you can get extra protein in without adding a ton of calories. Try making small substitutions, like ranch! Here is a great recipe to try…this is from one of my protein queen clients:

HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING
6 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried dill w**d
1½ teaspoon garlic powder
1½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

So when God tells me to do something-I do it. Do I know for sure what I am doing? Nope, but He does and that is good enough for me. So while the studio is being used as a laundry drying station due to a broken dryer-I am working on something fun for the studio!! Cannot wait to share what God has led me to do this time 😂💜😇
