Do you go to the gym everyday? No not all. However each time I go I make it count!
Do you always eat healthy? No not all. However I am mindful of what and how much I eat.
Is it easy staying motivated? No not at all. I have my good and bad day, my not in the mood, and ready to get at it days. However each day I give my best and show up.
We are all human no one is perfect and gets it right all the time. However seek God always, show yourself Grace, give thanks, show up always, and give each day your best because you're not promised tomorrow.
