Due to a change in my career path, I'm going to be stepping back my teaching some.

For August - I'll be at FWE Saturday mid day and Sunday evening. I'll be at Blue Rocket on Sunday mornings for aerial yoga.

I'm working on my September teaching schedules and should have those soon.

Has it been awhile since your “old days”? Does your body feel all out of wack post baby? Come try this aerial class with other moms feeling the same! No experience needed. Just come try some new movements while the babies roll around!
