Honoring the year of the snake on the day of manifestation, growth and alignment 1.11 through shedding old skin (traumas) and inviting new intentions.

The year of the snake reminds us to shed what no longer serves us- all the layers of trauma that hold us back from our truest selves and there is no better way to release that trauma than movement and breath.

Class includes pranayama (breath-work), guided meditation, intentional movement through Vinyasa and a sound meditation to nourish the body on a molecular level ✨🤍🪬

Aside from guiding you through a sweaty, yummy flow, I’ll be offering sound meditation, journaling, prayer and community exercises, followed by a potluck because there’s no better way to end a long flow and connect with others than over good food we can share 🙏🏽✨

108 Sun Salutations is traditionally taught during the ending of one chapter and the start of another. The constant flow allows for the practitioner to enter a deeper state of trance-like meditation ✨

Tickets are $55 and all ticket sales will be donated to the children of Gaza ✨
