“I started at FSKB 2 ½ years ago. Prior to that I didn’t have time to incorporate any type of regular exercise into my schedule. After I stopped working, I decided it was time to get fit,specifically with the goal of toning and maintaining muscle mass. I explored different types of exercise programs and none of them interested me. Then a good friend of mine introduced me to ILKB. By the end of my first “trial” class I was hooked and immediately signed up for a membership. FSKB has become part of my daily morning routine. Now, with the inclusion of a hybrid membership, I know that I have definitely gotten stronger and faster. I look forward to my continued journey at FSKB.”
