🥋 100 KATA CHALLENGE ANNOUNCEMENT 🥋

We are proud to announce that our dojo and Mitose’s International Kosho-Ryu Kenpo Association will be participating in this year's World Karate Day 100 Kata Challenge!

This global event brings martial artists together from all over the world to test their endurance, spirit, and dedication by completing 100 repetitions of a chosen kata [00:45].

Came up short on our goal at the tournament today, but left feeling so proud. Having black belts and parents praise Amelia's technique and stances was incredibly humbling. It’s hard work instilling the basics, but moments like today prove it’s worth it. Trophies gather dust, but respect lasts

Thinking back to this seminar in Argentina from 2017. Whether it’s at home in the Bay Area or across the world in South America, the Kosho Ryu crest always represents a shared bond.
Grateful for the hospitality of the Argentinian community and the chance to share the mat with so many dedicated practitioners. Good memories from a great trip. 🇦🇷🤝
