Our friend Angela’s first day back after suffering a broken hip in an Iron Mom Half Marathon, a race she finished! Then to jump back on the horse and make it to her first wrestling class. 👏🏻 👏🏻

It’s easy to be defeated, just quit. You’ll lose every time. It takes Courage (the 6th virtue of the Bushido Code) to fight back when your body is begging you to stop and your mind is tempted to doubt yourself.
