Kettlebellers, as we begin our 14th year, i want to express my deepest gratitude to all who have been a part of some of the best years of my life and most especially those who are still courageous enough and confident enough to come in every session and accept the challenge of some tough workouts!
Each one if you have shown me you have what it takes. Each of you has found your limits and together we have seen you break through them!

We offer Instructor led workouts with attention to Form and Proper Kettlebell Weight for each individual. We also offer Personal Instruction. Not High Impact.

First time on the road since before surgery. 55 minutes. Not comfortable but great to be in the air and saddle again! Back in training!!!
This is something I don't get to do often but this one warrants acknowledgement.
Kaitlin C, a new private client, after but a very few workouts set a new PB. What makes this one a little special is not just the weight accomplished - 45lbs - but the lift she set it in - the Floor Clean as well as the standard Clean in near perfect form!!

It seems that people are always wanting to come up with something witty. Like referring to a gym as a Box! Well, to me a box is usually stuffed with something such as cornflakes. Suffice it to say those who workout at Mike’s Kettlebell Club are not cornflakes. We’re people who take our health and fitness seriously. We workout hard. We find our limits, break through them, and find a new one. We know why we’re working out. We have goals and we intend to meet those goals and set new ones.
We’re individuals with the same thing in mind - crush the workout. Individuals supporting and encouraging each other, acknowledging every victory however small, because at one time we were all new to the style and challenge of workouts typical at Mike’s Kettlebell Club. Workouts are hard. No doubt about it. But we’ve all not just survived, we’ve thrived. Every. Single. One is better than they were before. And none have reached their best... because no best has been defined. It’s redefined with each new personal best but not contained by it.
We definitely are not cornflakes and we don’t workout in a box. We’re Kettlebellers and we workout where winners come together!
