Woman’s Small Group Class Openings!!
We currently have a few spots open in my Tuesday/Thursday 6-6:50am class and my Tuesday/Thursday 5:20-6:10pm class.
So early morning and later in the afternoon times are both available.
If you’ve been thinking about joining a gym or class - this is a great opportunity to get started.
Come try out the first session for FREE.
All classes are kept small (6 or under) and you will receive
guidance from a very qualified trainer.

Strength training and cardio hybrid workout targeting the legs, butt, arms and stomach, while still working the entire body and burning maximum calories each session.

Karnes Training Women’s Only Group Classes now filling spots.
Wednesday 5:15pm/Saturday 9am Class.
This class is ~45 minutes and runs for 6 weeks. Class size is limited to 6. $240 for 6 weeks.
Tuesday/Thursday 12:15-12:45pm Class. This class is ~30 minutes and runs for 6 weeks. Class size is limited to 6. $180 for the 6 weeks.
Class also includes private Facebook support group and nutritional guidance.

Why advertise when my clients do it for me? Seriously though - I've got 1 spot available in my Wed Evening/Sat Morning class and 2 spots in my Mon/Wed 12:15 class. Contact me if interested in joining. Rate will be prorated for classes missed. The best time to get started is 5 years ago. The second best time is now.

Karnes Training GSP Woman's Only Private Small Group Classes Now Forming:
Full body, high intensity fat burning, muscle strengthening and toning workouts!
Lunch time and evening/weekend options available.
Lunch (2 spots filled, 4 spots available)
Monday & Wednesday: 12:15-12:45pm.
Cost: $15 per class
OR
Evening/Weekend (5 spots filled, 1 spot available)
Wednesday: 5:15-6pm & Saturday: 9-10am
Cost: $20 per class
Class size: 4-6
Classes run in 6 week phases and are paid for up front. Each
phase is 12 sessions.
There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to hold your spot.
