I think this hits for our health as well.
When we begin to adopt new habits it’s usually we go all in at the beginning.
Take our measurements. Get on the scale. Write in our planners days we will go workout. Get in our kitchen and start tossing food items.
Then it doesn’t sound like a good idea anymore. We skip workouts. We start back on bad food choices.
We know better. We get mad at ourselves. And sometimes we even punish ourselves and feel stuck.
We sit in freeze mode. With all the things we wanted to do, planned on doing sitting all around us.
But this time it can be different. Why? Because you have the support. You have the accountability. You just have to reach out and say. I’m in. I’m stuck.
That’s when we help get you unstuck. Figure out your self-talk, get you past the phase of sitting idle and into action mode. Lay out small goals so you can gain momentum. Even when you don’t feel like it ❤️

UFA is offering a summer kickoff for family fun.
Join us every Saturday morning at 7:30am!! I know early but you will be thankful we will beat the summer heat.
We will do a quick full body workout, then go for a walk to get cardio. Our locations to meet will change twice a month so we can do trail walking, LBL hiking and so forth.
It's $5.00 a person or $20.00 for the family.

Summer is coming. Means kids are home and seem to be bottomless pits 😂
One simple easy and money saving hack is buy a BIG bag of flavored popcorn, chips or goldfish. Buy snack size ziplock bags.
I spent $6.48 on the big bag of popcorn, $1.25 ziplock bags at dollar store. $7.73 total. I get 27 snack bags out of this one big bag.
To get a box of 50 individual bags it is $18.98. (Sam’s) About 0.38 a bag
If I doubled my way I would spend $15.46 for 54 bags. I saved $3.52 and got 4 extra bags. About 0.26 a bag 💛☀️💛

I might have found a new love for breakfast.
I’ve been wanting a change for breakfast. I’m not ready to have salads or veggies for breakfast yet 😂😂😂😂
Ya’ll hands down this flavor combo with a shot of espresso or coffee blended in it is amazing!! Cookies and creme 💕💕
It could easily replace my Starbucks addiction!! ❤️💚❤️
