Training is still taking place at the same location through FTGU . If you’re looking for sports performance or personal training get with them asap. They are limiting it to 10 spots per class

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I will be stepping away from Iron Athlete at the end of this month. I can’t thank everybody enough who has been a part of this journey the past 7 years. I am beyond lucky to have been able to coach everyone who has walked through those doors.

Some good news- I will be leaving you in good hands! FTGU sports performance, who has an incredible coaching staff, will be taking over! More info on that to follow.

Again, I can’t thank you all enough for the support over the past 7+ years. To all of my athletes- if you ever need anything I hope you never hesitate to reach out!

Reminder*** back to school schedule has started, which means NO FRIDAY CLASSES!!

August 15 will start the back to school schedule!

Monday through Thursday:
4 pm High school sports performance
5 pm Youth sports performance
6 pm middle school sports performance

Saturday
10 am youth
11 am middle and high school

NO FRIDAY CLASSES

We will be CLOSED Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5th . Enjoy the weekend with your family!
