This piece completes our startup plate loaded leg lineup. 2 linear hack squats. 2 linear leg presses. 1 pendulum squat. 1 linear seated hack squat.

What's going on this week?

Upholstery. Refreshing all the equipment in the gym so everything looks and feels new.

Grips and handles. If they're worn, they're out. Replace them with new.

Final equipment assemblies. Clearing the workout floor of the stuff that didn't make the cut.

Equipment shuffle this weekend. Move in all our treadmills, swap pieces with our current gym to improve both locations.

Dont mind the gaps. The rest of our equipment shows up Saturday. At the end, we'll have over 30 cardio pieces, 30+ selectorized strength circuit stations, dumbbells up to 150lbs, dozens of plate loaded machines, and BARBELLS. Racks, benches and deadlift platforms.
