Performance Strategies designed to enhance movement patterns and support metabolic health.

06/11/2026

To be clear, many of these athletes did not need any influence in the classroom. Their academic success came from their own discipline, personal responsibility, family support, and teachers.

But that is exactly why it deserves to be recognized.

This year, we are proud to recognize:

22 Student-Athletes with a 4.0+ GPA
10 Student-Athletes with a 3.5–3.99 GPA
8 Student-Athletes with a 3.0–3.49 GPA

40 student-athletes recognized in total.

I graduated high school with a 2.1 GPA.

At the time, I did not fully understand the long-term impact of my choices.

Digging a hole Freshman year that became overbearing to climb out of.

This used to be embarrassing to talk about but I share this in hopes that the impact can influence a positive change.

That experience has shaped part of the mission.

Yes, we train athletes to improve performance.

But the bigger goal is to help develop the next generation.

Young men and women who understand that showing up isn't only on the day of competition.
How they handle responsibility matters.
How they build habits matters.

Performance is not only measured by training results.

Student First. Athlete Second.

Long overdue announcement.

New Coach Niki Campo started onboard at the beginning of the year and now has her book open for new clients.

Niki brings a passion that aligns with how we build athletes. Everything starts with understanding the individual. Then building from real data, not guesswork.

She brings a great understanding for Human Movement with a Science in Kinesiology Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She is in process of completing her Massage Therapy (LMT) Program from Elgin Community College.

With Niki joining, we’re opening up 10 complimentary spots for the Senaptec Sensory Assessment.

This is where most athletes are missing out.

Vision. Reaction time. Processing speed. Decision-making under pressure.

These are trainable.

And they directly impact performance on the field, ice, court, etc.

We will continue to use advanced assessments to identify gaps and build programs that actually transfer to sport.

If you want to:
• React faster
• Track better
• Make quicker decisions under pressure
• Separate yourself from your competition

Start with this assessment.

Only 10 spots available.
