They say you win or you learn and I’ll tell you that I have done lots of learning. So far being a black belt for six years and competing I have only gave up 2 points at an IBJJF tournament. I have lost by advantage, refs decision and most recently at Masters Worlds lost by 1 penalty. No matter what stay the course and the results will come. Huge thanks to everyone that trains with me and all of my family that supports me. I absolutely love this journey and I couldn’t do it without yall. Special thanks to my wife for being my number one cheerleader, my kids for keeping me ready and my students for believing in me. If you know me then you know it’s already on to the next one 👊🏼🥋

Are we a self defense academy? We are a Jiu Jitsu academy that teaches Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Yes our Jiu Jitsu is self defense as it should be. When your self defense Jiu Jitsu is good it will work everywhere even in competition. You don’t have train at a bunch of different gyms or have a bunch of different training partners when you have quality training at home. Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu is street tested and competition approved 🥋🥷

PCSO in service training completed. This was great training for our local law enforcement. Jiu Jitsu makes people much more comfortable in stressful situations.
