Good morning everyone! Now that summer is almost over we’re heading back to our normal schedule for the year… This will be consistent throughout the year with some Saturday’s added throughout the schedule….

Tuesday 330 SHINE/UPLIFT fusion
Wednesday 530 UPLIFT Strength
Friday 330 SHINE Dance Fitness
All classes were in 60 minutes

We will be adding Saturdays and I will let you know the beginning of the week when those will be❤️
