🥋✨ Karate in the dark! ✨🥋
Last night our kids class got a little different! With the lights out and glow sticks in hand, the kids had a blast training, laughing, and practicing their karate in the dark! 🌟
Who says training can't be fun?

🥋 So Proud of Our Students! 🥋
This weekend marked a huge milestone for several of our students as they stepped onto the tournament floor for the very first time.
Win or lose, every single one of them showed courage, discipline, respect, and the willingness to test themselves outside the comfort of the dojo. That takes true martial spirit.
We couldn't be more proud of the hard work, determination, and positive attitudes they displayed throughout the day. Every match was a lesson, every challenge was an opportunity to grow, and every student represented our dojo with honor.
Congratulations to all of our competitors—you've already made us proud. Now it's back to the dojo, where the real work continues! 👊

R.I.P. Chuck Norris 3/10/1940 - 3/20/2026
Some legends feel bigger than life, and Chuck Norris is one of them.
Through his strength, discipline, and the inspiration he gave to so many people, he became more than an actor or martial artist—he became a symbol of toughness, perseverance, and character. The world is better because he was in it, and his legacy will keep inspiring people for generations.
To paraphrase Vice President Thomas Marshall - "Death had to take him sleeping, for if he had been awake, there would have been a fight"
