SHOWing UP may be the hardest part of your fitness journey. 💪🏽
Throughout my years as a trainer and coach by in large I’ve found this has to come from WITHIN.
I’ll bring the energy, a kicka$$ workout and the expertise, but the desire to SHOW UP comes from the CLIENT which is largely driven by their WHY.
Everyone chooses to stay/begin their fitness journey because of various reasons, but staying the course when the scale isn’t moving, when work and life gets hectic and stressful...requires digging DEEPER.

So what the heck is this pie chart? This report is generated from data on an electronic heart rate monitor that I wear when I workout. In order to TORCH FAT CELLS you MUST be WORKING at least 80-100% (yellow & red) of your anaerobic threshold which corresponds with your heart rate zones. The longer you stay in those zones the more fat cells you are obliterating. Hence the popularity of HIIT which maximizes short bursts of elevated heart rate (often cardio activity induced, but on a good strength training day when I’m lifting to muscle failure I can still hit yellow and red!) So I hate to be bearer of bad news but essentially if you are working below that anaerobic threshold the majority of your workout it’s going to take you MUCH LONGER to reach YOUR GOALS. This often leads to frustration and so begins the vicious cycle of TRY, FAIL and then GIVE UP. MyZone easily pairs with the Applewatch, cell phones (I have an iPhone, but I’m almost certain it works on the android platform as well), and select stationary bikes (we have a Schwinn Air Dyne A7 in the Bright Box which it syncs with). I’m grateful to be able to bring this technology to my clients and to continually be learning the techniques to help clients achieve results and lead healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives.

While someone sleeps, I’m up increasing my knowledge, studying, passing quizzes and continuing to work towards being the best at what I do. I’m excited to be pursuing my Women’s Fitness Specialist to help a large population of my client base become stronger, safer and continually working towards the best version of themselves. Thank God for online classes and my great advisors

At 39 weeks pregnant 🤰I’ve learned to do it when I have the energy! Thank goodness the is only a few steps away :) Hopefully, I’ll be posting some videos of some of the moves I’ve been doing these last few weeks :)

Oh! You little protein monster :) Daddy says your one strong 💪🏼 little chickadee and Mommy says this little guy is going to be an athlete for sure. He/She will be growing up in the Bright Box! We’ll see :) Enjoying this last little stretch where my heart is living inside of me. ? ? #

I LEAD A COLORFUL LIFE right down to my food 🥘! I fuel my writers brain, my mommy brain, my 5:30 a.m. 6 month pregnant workouts and am building our little babies brain 🧠 and body by eating right. Respecting and honoring my own body is setting a foundation for myself, my children...my family. Respecting and honoring this body means treating it the best that I can, because it has to serve me and those I love God willing for a very long time.
