From the always-fun crew at Gulf Islands Waterpark comes a simple, smart way to keep guards focused and fired up! 💙

Their team hands out blue performance tokens to lifeguards who are actively scanning and staying alert on stand. Not only does this create a culture of recognition, but it’s also seriously motivating—guards are aiming to collect 50 tokens for a coveted prize, and they’re genuinely excited about it!

Sometimes, the most effective tools are the simplest. This is a great example of how a well-executed incentive program can turn everyday excellence into a game everyone wants to win.

We were proud to recognize Kyle’s 27 amazing years with Water Safety Products and over 40 years of dedication to the world of water safety.

From lifeguarding in the early ’80s to managing waterpark operations and becoming an essential part of the WSP team, Kyle’s career has been a shining example of leadership, integrity, and passion for our industry. 🌊

His influence continues to shape the future of aquatic safety, and we’re honored to have shared this journey with him.

We’re beyond proud to celebrate Zayda Pressler from Goldfish Swim School - Mill Creek, a true lifeguard hero on and off the deck.

Last week, Zayda jumped into action to help rescue individuals from a plane crash in the water — without hesitation, with total courage, and with the heart of a lifeguard.

Zayda brings energy, strength, and compassion to every shift, and this moment reminds us just how powerful those qualities are beyond the pool.

2025 The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson! 🌎☀️🌊🏊🏻‍♀️ Aquatics & Education was proud to co-host this meaningful event with City of Palm Bay - Government. It was an amazing time getting together spreading awareness that swimming lessons save lives!
