Dear Eastpointe Member:

We are beginning a new campaign highlighting items of course etiquette that will help preserve our course conditions. The first is how to correctly adhere to the 90 degree rule, and what effect poor cart driving habits can have on the turf grass. Below is a video of the do's and don'ts when the 90 degree rule is in use. While we haven't stated this before, the 90 degree rule should be adhered to whenever golf carts are allowed in the fairways. Developing proper cart driving habits can only improve golf course conditions. In an effort to protect the clubs investment we ask that all players, no matter how far you hit the ball, practice the 90 degree rule.

Signage with instructions will be displayed at the first tee on both courses.
