Eastpointe Country Club

Today, we gathered beneath the Tribute Tree to honor the lives lost on 9/11, the families forever changed, and the first responders who answered the call.

Planted in 2001, this tree has grown alongside our tradition of remembrance. For 25 years, it has stood as a quiet symbol of reflection, resilience, and the promise to never forget.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this morning so meaningful. A special thank you to the Lassman Family, Michelle Spiess, Juan Pinto, our Food & Beverage team, Noah Romano, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, our first responders, Eastpointe staff, and those who shared readings and reflections during the program.

Each year, we return to this tree to remember to honor, and to stand together. We will never forget.

A great Labor Day at Eastpointe! Members enjoyed a fun day of golf, followed by a Labor Day Buffet at the East Clubhouse with plenty of holiday favorites. Great golf, great food, and a great way to spend the holiday at the Club!

A sweet afternoon at Eastpointe! 🍋‍🟩 Our members enjoyed an intimate hands-on baking class with Pastry Chef Janet, learning step by step how to create the perfect key lime shooters. Such a fun way to spend the afternoon together!

Our Shrimp & Grits Cooking Class with Executive Chef Stephen was a hit! Members rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on experience at The Pointe, learning new techniques. These intimate cooking classes have quickly become a member favorite. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Esther Negron, Culinary Team Lead!

Esther has been a valued team member of the Eastpointe team for 11 years. She was nominated by Executive Banquet Chef Steve Goldson for her outstanding performance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. She is always dependable, willing to help, and goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for our members.

Chef’s Table returns to The Pointe on Monday, July 27th at 6:30 PM with five thoughtfully curated courses and expertly paired wines prepared by Executive Chef Stephen Bastian and his culinary team.

From Shaved Cured Wagyu Beef to Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, each course has been designed to create an unforgettable dining experience.
