It feels good to move, stretch and strengthen your body. This type of movement is also good if you’re short on time and need to work multiple muscles at once … or if you’re like me and need to stretch more often 🙃

Try, mess up, try again ... jumping & learning new tricks is one of my 2021 goals.

I rarely hit a plateau because I’m constantly adapting my workout; challenging my body & mind.


I loved jumping rope when I was younger but haven’t done it much in the last 10+ years. When I was scrolling through reels last week, I saw a girl doing crazy tricks and got motivated to try something new.


Going slow and trying 3 new moves at a time with a process:

• learning without rope
• adding rope
• increasing speed and combining moves

Just starting but excited to see how I improve throughout the year.🔹Reminder that age doesn’t matter .... set a goal, achieve it then set another 🙌🏻

Showing up is usually the hardest part. Changing clothes, putting on tennis shoes 😂 .. all the excuses we use -> they keep use from taking the important step - just show up! No-one can do it for you 💯

Not feeling it? Just do 10-mins and see how you feel. Usually that’s enough time to get motivated (music helps!!) but if not, 10-mins was better than nothing 👊🏻.

I know it’s hard. Some days, I also lack the motivation to get my workout done. However, those are the days I find the discipline because I know my goals and my why.

We have different goals. I have a lot of clients and most of their goals are unique, with some similarities.

My goal is to feel my best. To feel my best, I need to exercise! Working out helps me reduce stress, sleep better, think (function) better, maintain a comfortable weight, feel strong and confident.

My why is to be the best version of myself (mentally & physically) and help others do the same. Great things happen in life when people live their best version of who THEY are❣️
