Ground Force Med-Ball Overhead Throws 🦶🏻🏌🏻
This is a great way to start using the ground in the gym that can translate to the golf course
1. Engage the core while stepping forward
2. Drive down into the ground with your landing leg while pushing your foot back
Get a medball that bounces and is no heavier than 6 or 8 LBs.

HANDS ON Approach
Coaches have a tendency to rely on verbal cues. When coaching juniors (age 10-18) a movement it is VITAL to use your hands. The athlete has to both hear and FEEL the cues in order to execute

Strength is relative to your bodyweight. Increasing the load is not ALWAYS the answer
💥Split Stance offers both Frontal and Sagittal stability (baseline)
💥Square Stance offers Frontal plane stability WITHOUT Sagittal plane stability (Golf Stance)
💥Single Leg offers immediate feedback for any asymmetries between both legs
Golf is played on your feet and implementing these progressions will add more complexities to the movement
