Personal Assistant – Farm & Beekeeping / Honey Business
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our growing beekeeping business and farm operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and basic computer proficiency for invoicing, emails, and record-keeping. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love animals, and enjoy variety in your work, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:
• Maintain organization in workspaces, inventory, and business operations
• Manage emails, invoicing, and other computer-based tasks
• Bottle and label honey with precision
• Assist with farm chores, including caring for dogs, goats, chickens, and cats
• Perform outdoor tasks in the Florida heat
• Transport supplies and run errands as needed

Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency (email, invoicing, record-keeping, etc.)
• Must love animals and be comfortable around farm life
• Not allergic to bees and unafraid of working near them
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid, clean Florida driver’s license
• Willingness to wear both farm attire and business casual attire as needed
Compensation & Schedule:
• Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (full-time preferred, but part-time options available)
