The Bill Willis memorial race has always been tough on us. We for some reason or the other always have had issues. The track was packed with karts and spectators. You couldn't definitely tell this was the biggest race of the year for our local track. So we really wanted to put on a show. But, this one started out the same as the other's, ROUGH. We broke a chain in pratice and just couldn't find any speed. But once we swapped to fresh tires she was GONE! Not only did she run her fastest passes on this chassis, she ran her fastest consecutive laps ever resulting in her bringing home the WIN and a brand new electric scooter!
Thank you to all the track workers and staff at Hobe Sound Speedway for putting on one of the best races we have ever attended. A huge shout-out to all of those that stopped by the pit to hangout and watch us race. Also thank you to A&M Fiberglass Manufacturing, LLC for making us look good, American Defense for all the support, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 630 for always being in our corner, Grandma and Grandpa for always being our bigest fans, and all of you for folling us while we chase this crazy dream.
