Our first Friday game night brings BOTH Micros groups together at PINEAPPLE PARK!

📍 Pineapple Park — just off Jensen Beach Blvd in Jensen Beach

Whether you registered for Pineapple Park or Justin Wilson Park, everyone heads to Pineapple Park tonight!

⏰ U4, U5 & U6: 6:00–6:30 PM
⏰ U7 & U8: 6:45–7:30 PM

🎒 Bring the same gear as Wednesday:
💧 Water
⚽ A soccer ball
👕 Athletic, moisture-wicking soccer apparel
👟 Cleats and shin guards

Coach Preston, Coach Mario and Coach Gerald will lead tonight’s games!

🔄 Friday game nights rotate between Pineapple Park and Justin Wilson Park. Be sure to check the location each week.

🚨 MICROS UPDATE — PINEAPPLE PARK CLOSED TONIGHT 🚨

Good afternoon, Martin United families!

Martin County Parks & Recreation has informed us that the fields at Pineapple Park are waterlogged and unplayable.

❌ There will be NO Micros sessions at Pineapple Park tonight, Wednesday, September 9.

⚽ JUSTIN WILSON PARK IS STILL ON!

Families who registered for Pineapple Park are welcome to join us tonight at Justin Wilson Park in Palm City instead. Coaches Gerald and Preston will also be joining the Palm City sessions this evening.

U4, U5 & U6: 6:00–6:30 PM
U7 & U8: 6:45–7:30 PM

We understand that the earlier session may be difficult for some Pineapple Park families to reach because of travel time and traffic. If you can make it, we would love to have you join us!

We’ve received several questions from families about where to go and whether you need to receive an individual confirmation before attending.

You do NOT need to wait for a special invitation or individual confirmation!

If your child is registered for Martin United Micros, simply report to the location you selected on the Micros preference form at the appropriate time.

We hope all of our Martin United families are enjoying a safe and relaxing Labor Day!

Tomorrow begins a busy week of soccer as we finish our REC player evaluations and welcome our youngest players back to the fields for the start of Micros! 💙💛

📅 TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 — REC EVALUATIONS
📍 Justin Wilson Park — Field 4

⚽ U10 — 6:00–6:45 PM
⚽ U12 — 6:45–7:45 PM
⚽ U14 — 7:45–8:45 PM
⚽ U16 — 7:45–8:45 PM

These sessions replace the evaluation sessions that were lost last week.

Our U6 and U8 players officially kick off their Fall season!

📍 Micros will be held at Pineapple Park and Justin Wilson Park on Wednesdays, based on your selected location.

⚽ MARTIN UNITED FALL REC FAQ 💙💛

❓ When will teams be formed and when will I hear from my coach?

We’re almost there! Our final player evaluation sessions will take place September 8 & 10 at Justin Wilson Park, giving our coaching staff one more opportunity to work with and evaluate all of our players.

⚽ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once evaluations are complete, Martin United will begin finalizing our Fall Rec teams with the goal of creating balanced, competitive and fun teams for everyone.

📣 After teams are finalized, families will receive information from Martin United and/or their team coach with practice details, schedules and other important information for the season.

🙋‍♂️ WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEER COACHES!

Martin United Rec Soccer is a volunteer recreational league, and our Fall Rec teams depend on parent volunteers.

If you’ve been thinking about coaching, now is the time to let us know! No prior coaching experience is required — just a willingness to help make it a great season for the kids. ⚽

⚽ EVALUATION SESSIONS RESCHEDULED ⚽

Good evening, Martin United soccer families!

Due to both evaluation/training sessions being lost this week — Tuesday, September 1 due to field conditions and Thursday, September 3 due to the weather and lightning forecast — Coach Graeme and our coaching staff will roll those two sessions over to next week.

This will ensure that every player gets the full opportunity to be seen, evaluated, and coached by our U.S. Soccer licensed staff.

⚠️ REC SOCCER CANCELLED TONIGHT – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 ⚡⚽

Due to the significant lightning activity forecast for our area over the next several hours, all Martin United REC soccer activities are CANCELLED for tonight.

With the current forecast, we would likely spend a large portion of the evening waiting in vehicles for lightning to clear. Rather than put our players, families, and coaches through that uncertainty, we are taking a safety-first approach and cancelling tonight’s sessions.

Please help us spread the word to your teammates and soccer families.

Stay safe, and we’ll see everyone back on the fields soon! 💙💛⚽

⚠️ FIELD CLOSURE — TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 ⚠️

All Palm City fields are CLOSED tonight due to waterlogged field conditions.

There will be no Martin United recreational soccer training in Palm City this evening.

Please help us spread the word to your teammates and soccer families. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we protect the fields and keep our players safe.
