Hello my beautiful people. Frank and I have been traveling! 🧳 We have left the heat and headed to enjoy autumn in NY! What a wonderful refreshing time we had with the most amazing people. You betta believe we had our superfoods with us to make sure we slept good 😴 / digestion was good 💩 / and despite being with toooooons of people on a constant basis, we didn’t get sick 🤧 👏🏻🙌🏼.

We are now back in Florida and look forward to incorporating some exercise into our routine in addition to our nutrition program. 💪🏼

Two of some of my favorite things in one shot. My yummy nutrition I never get sick of and my big fluffy meatball, Bella. 😍 I love making my power shake and then drink it outside while she chases rabbits. I listen to the birds sing and get some grounding in first thing in the morning. It’s the simple things. What is your routine in the morning?

Hello friends! Frank and I have been cruising around the Caribbean this past week, celebrating our 20th anniversary. It was sooooo nice to unplug from everyday life and reconnect with each other and reminisce about our life together 💜 I read a book with almost 600 pages, napped in the sun, and had so much fun not having a schedule. The only day we had to wake up with an alarm was the day we took a catamaran boat to go snorkeling. 🤿 We are back! And can’t wait to get back into the swing of life which includes our health and fitness. Tho you will see in pics to come that we didn’t leave our health at home. 💜

Be Stronger Than Your Excuses 💪🏼 Love this reminder that we are at our local gym. There are sooooo many reasons we can use to excuse ourselves from pushing to do more for ourselves. No time, too tired, too expensive, etc. But we never want that to be an eventuality of I wish I made the time, I should have pushed to reap the rewards of energy, or I should have invested in myself. Let me know in the comments what excuse is the hardest to overcome when it comes to your health. I’m here to help!
