Aug 28, 2024 (156.8lbs) - June 1, 2015 (150.2lbs)-
Lets just say, these past 9 mo, life has been a lot 😬🤔🤨..
✅ changed jobs due to a toxic environment .
✅ had the flu 🤒
✅ struggled with vertigo (which is still happening 🙁)
✅ TMJ pain
✅ left hip / SI joint pain
✅ stomach bug 🤢
And all of these things could have easily been excuses not to execute.
But they weren’t!!!
What did i do??
🙌🏼I worked out when i could, gave my mind and body grace..
🙌🏼Worked to hit protein daily.
🙌🏼Allowed myself treats and meals out.
🙌🏼Hit 100-120oz water daily
🙌🏼Sleep 7-8 hrs a night
🙌🏼Continued all supplements to keep immune system & digestion working properly .
Nothing about these these 9 mo was perfect , however I was consistent with whatever I could be consistent with at the time and thats what matters 💯👊🏼..

It’s all a part of getting old 😉 and I’m incredibly proud of what I have created 👶👶… and I am in the best shape of my life..
I would not be where I am today if My focus had been to get rid of this loose skin 🤦🏼♀️…
