KingdomFIT Dad of 5 | 4 under 6 😤

It’s common for dads to fall off once they start a family and have kids, but I’m here to show that does not have to be our reality. 💯

I work full time in biotech, run a coaching business, lead my family, and have still managed to stay in shape. In fact, I am currently in the best shape of my life.

Why?

Because my kids are watching.

I am setting the example for what it looks like to put in real work when it comes to health, fitness, discipline, and stewardship.

Exercising and eating right is normal in my household and always will be.

I refuse to be the dad who only tells his kids the way.

I want to show them the way through my example both now and in the years to come.

If you are a dad and have not been proactive when it comes to stewarding your health, I strongly encourage you to get on it.

Your kids deserve the best of you, not what is left of you.

You can always make more money, but if you neglect your health, it will cost you far more than money later.

Your kids would rather have a healthy, strong, thriving dad than a dad who sacrificed his health chasing everything else.

Let’s lead from the front.

Let’s show our kids what discipline, consistency, and stewardship look like.

Let’s go dads! 😤💪🏽

Man it felt great hitting the stage after almost a year & a half away from competing; definitely one of the funniest shows I’ve competed in hands down.😮‍💨

I put on a lot of size during this off-season and stepped on stage weighing over 190 for the first time since I started competing. 🦍🔥

I’m typically in the low 180s and a lot tighter, so it was definitely a different feel being up there, but I presented the work to the best of my ability and left it all on the stage. 😤🥷🏽

One thing I love about competing is that every show gives you feedback. I know exactly what I need to dial in for the remaining shows this season, and I’ll execute accordingly. ⚡️

Had a lot of fun, met a lot of great athletes, and connected with some of the top natural PROs in the sport. That’s always one of the biggest highlights of show day.

I’m grateful to God for the opportunity to compete, continue growing, and do something I truly love. ✝️

Stay tuned… this PRO season is going to be a great one. 🥷🏽🚀😮‍💨⚡️
